Inspired by Governor Wolf’s initiative to modernize services to make government more accessible for citizens, Express Forms was developed to replace legacy non-responsive web forms, and bring paper based forms online. Express Forms keeps pace with evolving technology and increasing expectations from citizens and agencies for the development of more digital services.
Solving existing budget and resource constraints, agencies can submit an easy-to-use request form to Pennsylvania Interactive. A PAI team member will reach out to the agency to clarify any outstanding questions. Once questions are clarified, PAI will deliver a new responsive web form in less than 5 development days at no cost to the agency.
